Q: How long does it take to enter and leave the store?
It takes about 30 minutes to style and comb hair for women and 10 minutes for men.
(It depends on the time you choose your kimono)

Q: Is the couple course (5500 yen) a single price?
The couple package is a kimono price for 2 people and includes one kimono for men and one for women.
Q: Are there any women’s hairstyles in the couples program?
Women’s hairstyles are not included in the couple’s plan.
Additional fee + 1500 yen (additional can be added on the day)
Q: What kind of hairstyle do you have?
You can choose a hairstyle from a sample, such as a photo of your favorite hairstyle.
It can be shown for reference or the hair can be set with the ejection
Q: Can there be a student discount package for men and women?
For men, booking with the men’s plan (3,000 yen) is cheaper than the student discount plan (3,500 yen).
Q: Do I have to pay if my rented kimono gets dirty or torn?
If there is dirt or damage of 5 cm or more, you will be charged up to 10,000 yen. *(Not applicable to furisode kimono)
Q: Can I rent a kimono on rainy days?
Available for rent. It won’t get dirty when wet in the rain.
Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
Rest assured, there will be no cancellation fees.
